Its hard to believe how stupid these guys get. I thought i saw it all…I thought I heard it all.  But when I heard that 2 workers in the backroom got written up for laughing…I didnt believe it.

How in the world do you get written up for laughing?  Do the managers just want you to be miserable  the entire 9 hours you are there? I have never heard in my life of a job getting someone into trouble for laughing. . . .

Whats next? Are we allowed to breath the air, or are they going to start charging us? because the air is in their building. . . .

But, I did get in trouble for going to lunch, so i really should not be surprised. . .

Our lunch is 2 o’clock, but when they moved me to another part of the store, I was not informed that I had to take lunch at 3 instead.  When i learned this the first night, I immediately voiced my opinion and made it clear that i can not always wait until 3…i get hungry, and light headed. I went to lunch at 230 sometimes to help out, trying to meet at some common ground, because i knew they needed me.  Well, one day, about 3 months after I started this new job, I was getting light headed and needed to go eat, I told my co-workers and and they said ok, they should not have a problem getting it done…well after lunch I was brought into the office, written up, and told i made a poor decision because I wanted to avoid conflict with management. Well, Duh, Yeah….Every time I brought up going to lunch at the normal time, I was given the  answer. . .”We have to get the picks done” EVERYTIME . If I know your going to give me a problem, why bring it up. . . Im hungry, screw you, if i get light headed, and fall down and hurt myself, your paying me alot of money. And come to find out, I was getting Strep Throat, thats why I was getting light headed.

I have been a Dept. Manager, I am not just another clown that walks into that place for 6 months and leave…I have been there for 6 years, and to see the stupid there, drives me insane
